I’m a Counsellor and Psychotherapist with a deep interest in how our nervous systems shape the way we feel, relate, and connect. I work with adults, adolescents, couples, and culturally diverse communities navigating trauma, loss, anxiety, relationship growth, or a desire for deeper understanding and self-awareness.
My approach is grounded in neuroscience, compassion, and the belief that therapy is as much about rediscovering possibilities as it is about easing pain. Having personally navigated fertility and life challenges, I bring lived experience, gentleness, and depth to this work.

I also work with people exploring identity, coping with loss, adjusting to migration, or facing the emotional impacts of infertility. My own experiences with these issues inform a compassionate, non-judgemental approach, allowing me to adapt to each person’s unique circumstances.
