Walk-and-talk Sessions are available to clients based in Albury-Wodonga and surrounds.
Currently, all sessions are offered via telehealth i.e. phone or secure video throughout 2025. From 2026, in-person counselling and walk-and-talk sessions will also be available.
I offer a sliding-scale fee structure to help make therapy more accessible. You are welcome to choose a rate within the set range that feels manageable for your circumstances. Send me a message or book a free 15-minute consult so we can chat together to find a level that works for you.
Sessions take place in a quiet, comfortable setting designed to support reflection and privacy. I also offer 'walk and talk' sessions for clients who prefer gentle movement during therapy; these sessions take place in a community-based setting such as a public park, café, library, etc.
At present, Medicare rebates are not offered, but this is expected to evolve soon with the finalisation of the National Standards for Counsellors and Psychotherapists in Australia.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments will incur the full session fee.
